Recording medical history

• Illnesses occurred in the family (especially tumourous diseases)
• Previous diseases of the patient

Physical examination

• Manual examination in the lower part of rectum, and anoscopic and restoscopic examination in the upper part.

We pay special attention on the detection and prevention of the tumourous and viral illnesses. Disorders in this part of the body (like external haemorrhoids, rectal rupture, thrombosed haemorrhoids, etc.) are treated by ambulant operations. The examination is made in local anaesthesia if needed. After the examination we propose changes in the way of living and/or medication or further tests.
